Decided to visit Hollywood bowl on Saturday night,I found the booking experience online fairly simple but there’s a lot of different offers which was confusing,nevertheless the receptionist was very helpful and we soon got on with our game and we didn’t have to change shoes like we did back in the 80’s/90’s which was even better.We could eat and drink whilst playing our game and enjoy the great selection of music from 90-2000s pop,rap,RnB and garage which was perfect (we were celebrating a family members birthday) In the end we really enjoyed our visit ,friendly staff,nice clean and modern,great music,drinks and food.We also enjoyed the amusement arcades! We would definitely go back again.

Good but it's always very busy and hectic
Twice had to wait over time booked for others to finish
Bar and drinks are expensive but overall kids really enjoy it.

Good bowling, plenty of house balls even when the place is extremely busy. Nice staff, good arcades. Recommended.

Great time here with the children, not very cheap but fun place for friends and family, especially with children including teenagers. Busy place, clean restrooms, friendly staff, good fast food. Better to book ahead as we did. We had a lovely time. Visiting soon again

Extremely disappointing experience for my daughter’s birthday party. The service was terrible from start to finish. We ordered food for the kids, but they provided less than what was agreed upon, and it took an unreasonably long time for the rest to arrive—leaving some children waiting. At the time of booking, we were told drinks would be unlimited jugs of juice, but that turned out to be false. To make things worse, they promised a dedicated staff member for the party, but no one was there to assist. Overall, very poor service, misleading information, and an unorganized experience. Definitely would not recommend for parties.

Arrived on time for our booking and our lane wasn’t available. (We pre-booked why are they selling reservations for a lane that doesn’t work/ isn’t available)
Got a voucher for a free game but the code doesn’t work on their website.
I wouldn’t recommend bowling here as the owner or manager has stuffed the place with loud, annoying arcade machines and has loud music blaring in the lanes. Complete sensory nightmare. Like trying to golf in a East London nightclub.
